The Report from Sunny Seattle

Hello everyone, and I hope your having great summers all round. So far this summer has been fairly spiritual as I got to spend a good deal of time at church and with my pastor. I also had the oppertunity to go down to New Mexico for a summer camp or Acsetical Boot Camp as they call it put on by our Eparchy. I was in charge of 8 kids ranging in age from 10-17... and they wore me out even though the camp was only four days long. It was a high energy camp with lots of time for prayer, talks and games. Job wise I just landed a position at a chemical warehouse in Bellevue doing shipping so that should be a fairly good match for me. The position is only for three weeks but it is something. I'm currently reading The Brothers Karamzaov by Dostoyevsky and Beginning to Pray by Anthony Bloom. That's the what's been going on so far this summer, keep in touch!
